Chef Steeve opened this place in 2018, driven by his passion for East Asian traditional cuisine. It was his vision to create a unique, family-owned dining experience in Euless and combine it with Japanese whiskeys, wine, and exotic cocktails. Our entire staff is dedicated to keeping Steeve’s dream alive and providing an elevated experience for our welcomed guests, new and returning.

Originally hailing from New England, Chef Steve is proud to bring his experience with fresh seafood and unique flavor profiles to Euless. His passion and commitment to exceeding expectations is evident in every dish. Whether you are gluten-free or vegan there is something delicious to discover at Chihiro. Sushi not your style? We also have tasty, cooked kitchen items with favorites like fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki salmon.

Chihiro Sushi & Bar would not be complete without our amazing bartenders, Rose, Jenn and Mike. Ask them about signature cocktails, wine pairings, or rare Japanese whiskeys. Knowledgeable and welcoming, the bar is always full of our valued regulars, newcomers, and laughter! We are a proud, family-owned business standing strong while navigating the obstacles of COVID. We have been observant of all regulations and will continue to ensure the safety of our guests. We look forward to continuing to grow and while offering amazing service and an upscale environment to the mid cities area.
